TEXT: Act 2:42-47, 1 Thessalonians 5:11

AIM
i. To teach that Christian fellowship is the strength of the body of Christ.
ii. To teach that it is the will of God for us to fellowship together.
INTRODUCTION:
Christian fellowship refers to a gathering of Christians who come together to
support, encourage, and strengthen one another in faith. It strengthens the
bond and relationship among believers. Christian fellowship can take various
forms, such as regular meetings, small groups, Bible studies, prayer groups,
or church services. The primary purpose of Christian fellowship is to foster
spiritual growth, unity, and mutual support among believers. It provides a
space for Christians to share their experiences, struggles, and joys, as well as
to learn from one another and deepen their understanding of God’s Word.
DISCUSSION
1. According to the text, what is your understanding of Christian fellowship?
2. Briefly discuss some of the importance of house fellowship (Psm. 133,
Matt. 18:19-20, Deut. 32:30)
3. Read Acts 6:1, Heb. 10:25, James 2:1-4, and highlight some factors
that can destroy Christian fellowship.
