AVMCC NDOWMENT FUND – Investing in the Kingdom’s Future

“Go to the ant, you sluggard, consider her ways and be wise, which, having no guide, overseer or ruler, provides her supplies in the summer, and gathers her food in Harvest” — Proverbs 6:6-8

Our dear People of the Lord, on behalf of the ENDOWMENT Committee of this Cathedral, we bring you Greetings.

It is our pleasure to inform you that the ENDOWMENT Project in this Cathedral would be 13 years old this year 2026! Praise the Lord!!

12 years ago, this vision led by the outgoing Dean of the Cathedral, now Bishop James Olusola Odedeji Phd and the Cathedral Management then determined that time had come for the Church to begin planning for its future, leading to the launch of the ENDOWMENT fund in 2013.Today the little seed is maturing into a big oak tree.

The Committee had disbursed part of the income from the investment (interest & dividends) to empower some of our Youth through the EEP, support the poor and down trodden (through the Welfare Committee), trained many Priests and given scholarship to students through the Cathedral and Diocesan Leadership.

God Has done so much for us!! But without the subscription from you and from our Parishioners, none of this would have been possible!

That is why we are rolling out the drums and the red carpet again on the 15^th of November, 2026 at 7am and 10am Service  to celebrate all our subscribers and potential subscribers.  As usual, we shall have the ENDOWMENT Thanksgiving.

Be a part of our 13^th Endowment Thanksgiving and seize this opportunity to include your name on the Role of Honour. Your investment today yields fruit for generations to come!

We cordially enjoin you and the Church to join us next Sunday,  November 15, 2026 in the celebrations.

Thank you so much. May God bless you.
