It was a morning of growth and grace: Pruning for Progress!
​An incredible time of transformation we had at the Inaugural Breakfast Fellowship of the Business and Professional Women Fellowship, Diocese of Lagos West held on Saturday 2nd May, 2026 at Archbishop Vining Memorial Church Cathedral, GRA, Ikeja Lagos.
​Under the powerful theme “Pruning for Progress: The Art of Strategic Elimination,” we gathered to learn that letting go of the “good” is often the only way to make room for the “great.” From the insightful words of our speakers to the vibrant sea of pink filling the room, the atmosphere was truly electric!

​A Royal Welcome: We were deeply honoured to host our President, our amiable First Lady of the Diocese of Lagos West, our Mama Bishop, Dr. (Mrs.) Lydia Olukemi Odedeji and Special Guests of Honour, Dr. (Mrs) Claudiana Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu (First Lady, Lagos State) and Mrs. Bamidele Abiodun (First Lady, Ogun State).

Wisdom Shared: A huge thank you to our brilliant speakers—Mrs. Abosede Amusan, Mrs. Chinwendum Emele, and Mrs. Folake Sanu—and our President, Dr. (Mrs) Lydia Oluwakemi Odedeji, for teaching us how to navigate our careers and lives with divine precision.
